I am a naturally curious and empathetic person and feel lucky to have a career where I can flex those skills. I have been in the field for 4 years now, during which I’ve learned and grown a lot. I am focused on understanding projects through both qualitative and quantitative measures to understand what is happening and why.

What I like about UX:

  • Tackling and streamlining real world problems

  • Helping users feel understood and valued

  • Discovering trends in user behavior

  • Delivering work that stimulates conversation and informs the direction of future work

How I define success:

  • Creating seamless, intuitive and if applicable, delightful designs

  • Working for a company that values their users, taking into consideration the needs and wellbeing of every user

  • Work/life balance

At the end of the day, when I see a user’s face light up in testing and ask when the product will be delivered, I know that I am one step closer to making a positive impact on their work and life.
